WINGER's major debut in 1989, rare tracks left when he was a member of Atlantic, and items that couple out-of-print videos are available in limited quantities! Disc 1 contains sound sources such as soundtracks, singles, promotions, songs not included in the album, remixes, live performances, etc. Disc 2 contains MTV UNPLUGGED recorded 10 days before "LIVE IN TOKYO" which recorded the Tokyo performance on March 15, 1991, which was released only in Japan and VHS. Disc 3 contains three works, "THE VIDEOS: VOLUME ONE", "IN THE HEART OF THE YOUNG", and "IN THE HEART OF THE YOUNG PART TWO", which are mainly music videos. It is a long-awaited item that covers rare tracks that have not been recorded in the original album of the major heyday, and videos that are difficult to obtain in the non-DVD version!
