BEATFILE is a compilation of the original sound source from the open-reel tape of the album "Sgt. Peppers" edited by Capitol in the 60's and the analog version of the Capitol original mono mix released in the United States at the time. New! Capitol has released albums with its own selection of songs so far, but from this album it has the same content as the UK original. The first half contains original sound sources from reel-to-reel tapes with different sound textures from the UK. And in the second half, the original mono sound source by Capitol in the United States is recorded from the master at that time. The mono sound source, which has a different mix from stereo, is basically the same as the British original mono, but still has the sound texture unique to Capitol in the United States.
