THE BEACH BOYS / LIVE AT STONY BROOK 1971

MIDNIGHT DREAMER

Regular price ¥1,700

The performance held at Stony Brook University in New York on September 26th from the Beach Boys 71st North American tour first appeared in the recording from the newly discovered high-quality audience recording master!

Many of the songs included in the album, including the title number, are being played live at the time of the release of the album "Surf's Up". Daryl Dragon (Captain), who later succeeded in Captain & Tenille, also participated as a support member of the tour at this time, and the performance unique to a large band should be noted.

It is also noteworthy that the two songs "Don't Go Near the Water" and "Heroes and Villains" have cuts in the songs on the master, but have been repaired and recorded uncut from different performances at the same time.

It is a highly recommended title that captures the Beach Boys of the early 70's, which has been re-evaluated in recent years!
