Rare studio demo recordings have surfaced from Last Exit, the 1970s jazz-fusion band Sting fronted before the formation of The Police!

These demos, recorded at Impulse Studios in 1974 and 1976, famously caught the attention of Virgin Records. However, the band ultimately disbanded without ever securing a major-label debut, leading Sting to form The Police shortly after.

For fans, this is an essential historical archive; several of these tracks were later re-recorded or reimagined during his time with The Police and throughout his solo career. This is a definitive collector's item that reveals the very blueprint of Sting's musical evolution.
