In 1974 Ringo Starr released "Goodnight Vienna," his fourth album since the Beatles broke up. Like his previous album "Ringo," this album featured songs by John, Paul, and George, and was reminiscent of his time with the Beatles. The single "Only You," released earlier, was also a hit. The title track "Good Night Vienna," contributed by John, was also cut as a single. This "AI Audio Companion" includes the original analog masters at the time of release, which have not been digitally remastered, and a newly edited multi-track remix based on AI sound source analysis. This collection of sound sources allows users to compare and contrast the differences in sound.

DISC 1 contains the "ORIGINAL ANALOG MASTER", which is the original analog master sound source from the time of the release of the album, which has not been digitally remastered. This is a direct recording from the original UK vinyl, and completely recreates the original mix from the analog record era, which has a different mix and sound texture compared to the previous digitally remastered CD recordings.
The second half of the album includes "AI BACKING TRACKS INSTRUMENTAL," a set of five backing tracks in the order in which they were recorded on the album, with the vocals removed and converted to instrumental tracks through AI sound analysis and editing.
