The “Stripped Down Remix Collection” is the sequel to “Multitrack Masters - Ultimate Best Remixes,” with the latest remixes based on multitrack recordings of Queen's studio sessions.
The remixed versions here are more maniacally edited alternatives to the original multitrack sources, emphasizing previously unheard vocals, choruses, and, depending on the song, individual instrumental performances by reducing and rebalancing the backing tracks.
Bohemian Rhapsody” is taken from the original 24-track master and features a ‘basic track’ that omits the main vocals and a ‘vocal overdub’ that highlights the three vocal tracks. Vocal Overdubs” that highlights the three vocal tracks are also included. This is a collection of the best remixes that can be enjoyed as an all-time best, but also as a maniacal study of the source material that can be explored in depth.
