Prince's must-see live performances from his 1986 “Parade” tour, which brought him to the height of his popularity in the 80s, are now available!
The two concerts were recorded at Wembley Arena in London over three consecutive days from August 12-14, 1986, the start of Prince's European tour. The main show on the 13th was recorded in high quality stereo soundboard, and the show on the 14th was recorded from the audience recording master, but Ron Wood and Sting joined as guests for the encore. The Rolling Stones' “Miss You,” which was performed only on that day, is included! This is a rare performance worthy of the Stones' classic album of the same title, “Hot August Nights”! Also included are “Mountain,” “KISS,” and “Sometime It Snowed In April,” which were not performed the day before. This is the last live soundboard recording of the “Parade” tour and the last tour with the band, The Revolution, at the height of their success with the albums “Around the World in a Day” and “Parade”. This is a highly recommended title that you can't miss as one of the sound recordings of the “Parade” tour!
