MILES DAVIS - COMPLETE PERUGIA 1985 (2CDR)

Miles Davis, the king of jazz, who never stopped pursuing his own unique music, has finally released the complete soundboard version of his performance at the Ambria Jazz Festival in Perugia, Italy, on July 7, 1985, from his 1985 European tour!

The performance was recorded for TV broadcast at the time, but only the first six songs were broadcast, and incomplete recordings of the performance were circulated, but now it is available as a 2-disc set of the complete stage recording in superb quality from the soundboard master for radio broadcast!

This is a highly recommended and must-hear live performance of Miles playing with an iron-clad band including John Scofield, who has now achieved fame as a solo guitarist, Darryl Jones, a bassist well-known for his participation in The Rolling Stones, and the late Bob Berg, a famous saxophone player.
