Recorded August 12, 1970 at Harvard Stadium in Boston, Massachusetts. This is the best version of the concert, which was compiled from the best of the surviving sources based on multiple, albeit incomplete, analog sources from previous audience recordings. This is the definitive version of Janis' last historic live performance, starting with “Tell Mama (Tell Daddy),” which was unreleased at the time, followed by “Mercedes Benz,” which was included on her posthumously released album “Pearl,” “Summertime,” which was her last passionate song, and “That's Rock ‘n’ Roll!
