GIUFFRIA - COFFEE BREAK CONCERT + MORE (2CDR)

Two radio broadcast performances from their 1985 US tour, following the release of their debut album GUIFFRIA, are now available!

Disc 1 features a live performance recorded on the morning of February 20th for the radio program COFFEE BREAK CONCERT at a station in Cleveland. Notably, they also performed as the opening act for Deep Purple later that same evening.

Disc 2 includes seven tracks from their Milwaukee show performed two days prior, which was broadcast on the King Biscuit Flower Hour. Naturally, both shows are recorded in top-tier stereo soundboard quality.

Furthermore, on the day in between (February 19th in Detroit), they performed twice: once as Deep Purple's opening act and once at a local club for a radio broadcast (the club show was previously released on the same label as DETROIT ROCK RULES). This means they pulled off an extraordinarily tight schedule of five shows in three days—three of which were recorded for radio broadcasts.

The second half of Disc 2 includes four unreleased demos. While the exact recording date is unknown, these tracks are known as GUIFFRIA 3 and differ from the content on The Lost Tapes (recorded in 1987 and later released under David Glen Eisley's name), making this another essential listen you won't want to miss!
