Elton, who had successfully held the first series of concerts by British pop artists in the Soviet Union in 1979, returned to Moscow for another performance. This time, as the title suggests, it was the "Greatest Hits" tour, and Elton performed all of his greatest hits from the 70s, 80s, and beyond!
