DEEP PURPLE - TWO NIGHTS AT THE RAINBOW 1973 (4CDR)
LOST AND FOUND
Regular price ¥4,000
The legendary two-night stand at London’s Rainbow Theatre—recorded on June 30th and July 1st, 1972, following the release of "MACHINE HEAD" and the band’s first tour of Japan—is now available in its entirety for the first time!
This historic stage is famously known as the location where the iconic cover photo for MADE IN JAPAN was taken. While recordings from the same venue the following year have been released previously, these two shows from the summer of '72 have remained elusive until now.
Both performances are captured in surprisingly good quality considering the era, providing a highly enjoyable listening experience throughout. Sourced from the best available masters, this is an essential addition to any Deep Purple collection!
